Austendyke Ales have submitted a planning application for a change of use of the Prior's Oven in Spalding to a micropub. The Prior's Oven is a Grade II* listed building, dating from around 1230AD and was part of the Spalding Priory. As far as we are aware, this will be the first micropub in the Fenland Branch area and possibly Lincolnshire.
