Set back from Roman Bank 15 minutes walk from Butlins, the pub has a large outside seating area and a large interior. The inside is one large area with partioned areas for eating, pub games, drinking and TV watching. Very seasonal trade due to local caravan sites and the pub is closed in January. The landlord operates a constantly rotating two beer selection. As the pub mainly caters to the caravan site opposite, closing time may vary Feb/Mar. During lockdown the pub refurbished the seating, extended the outside area and stopped doing food. Oiut of season pub opens at noon.
