This Friday should see the opening of the Cask in Hand, a new venture at the former String of Horses. The concept is based on the micropub principle with real ales, mostly locally sourced, served by gravity. The intention is to create a relaxed drinking environment attracting a more mature audience who want a chance to sample the delights of Holbeach.
