The Secret Seven met up at the Thatched Cottage, Sutterton and after the usual photoshoot in front of the pub were led off by Heather and Rosemary along grass tracks and minor roads. First stop off was at St Mary's Church and as it was open the group spent an interesting time exploring inside.

On then via minor roads and field paths to the nearby village of Algarkirk which is named after Algar, Earl of Mercia who fell at Threekingham in 870 while resisting the Danes; Kirk, of course meaning church. Unfortunately the church of St Peter and St Paul was closed.

On then in the blustery wind wending their way back to the Thatched Cottage and after changing from boots and coats the party partook of the XB and TT Landlord and huge roast lunches.

A toast was proposed and thanks to Heather for organising a grand day.
