8 Sail Brewery held a tasting day at Heckington on Saturday 31st January and invited imbibers to try their new wheat beer, Wheat Heart.

The beer, at 4.2% ABV, is the first cloudy Wheat Beer brewed by 8 Sail Brewery. Brewed with Pale and Wheat Malt with a little orange peel and coriander added to compliment the Wheat Beer yeast. The brew was very warmly received by all visitors.

Also available for tasting, and also free it must be mentioned, was 8 Sail's Oat Malt Stout 4.6%. Winter warmers indeed on a cold blustery day.
